Where to begin...
The experience starts when you schedule your reservation — either online or by giving the front desk a call. Our front desk team will take care of all the scheduling details, and they’re happy to help if you have any questions about services or timing.

You’ll receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment. If we don’t hear back, we’ll give you a call 24 hours before to confirm. If you need to make changes, you can easily do so online up to 48 hours before your visit. Once you're booked, just show up ready to relax — I’ll be there to greet you and take care of the rest.
Arriving at the salon
When you arrive for your reservation at Salon Drew, you’ll walk into the most charming salon in Long Beach - bright, welcoming, and full of creative energy. There is plenty of parking, so give yourself a little time to find a spot and take it all in. Once you step inside, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team, and I’ll be there to welcome you personally and show you to my chair.
Your experience is designed to feel calm, clean, and completely centered on you. I take care to disinfect my station between each guest, so the space is fresh and ready for you to settle in and feel at home. Get comfy, you’re in good hands.

The Consultation
​Once we make our way to my station, we'll sit down for a 15 minute consultation. Here we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but find a plan that will compliment your hair history, goals and lifestyle.

We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get a clear idea of the things you love and don't love. After I have a clear vision of our goal, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
The Magic
Don't worry about washing your hair before you come in, I don't mind a little natural oil and plus, the shampoo is sometimes the best part! All color services are done using professional L'Oréal color, known for its rich tones, long-lasting results, and shine-enhancing technology that also helps maintain the integrity of your hair. Your formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so it's always ready and waiting at each visit. I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair.
We provide Wi-Fi, sparkling water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your color processes. For longer color services feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!

Saying Goodbye
We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the mini photoshoot. This is when we get some killer shots of your beautiful hair all styled and ready for a night out (or a Trader Joe's run)! I will recommend at-home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and our front desk team will set you up for your next appointment.​
